This is a hard back edition of 144 pages with dust jacket. An introduction by author Tim Winton sets the scene of the Kimberley and the people who live there. There are fantastic photos throughout the book and stories to accompany them. The book is in good condition however there are a few marks here and there but nothing major.

The book focuses on the permaculture design and development of Melliodora, a property at Hepburn in Victoria which is one of the best documented and well-known permaculture demonstration sites in Australia.
