On the top ACC is imprinted which shows it originated from a city council somewhere beginning with the letter A. The lamp inside is intact and originally would have been filled with kerosene. Yang Liu was born in 1976 in Beijing and moved to Germany at the age of 13. After studying at the University of Arts Berlin, she worked as a designer in Singapore, London, Berlin and New York.
