Regardless of whether you have read the previous stories or not, this 221 page one will introduce you to the delightful Dixon family and their farm and sheep station in Victoria. NSW Sutherland Shire -based outback expert and explorer, Bert Bolton passed away in 2018 at the age of 95. This softcover/paperback book of 74 pages is a fascinating memoir of his life, beginning with leaving home at the age of sixteen in the early hours of the morning to go dingo shooting with a mate, along the dingo and rabbit proof fence which ran for 1800 kilometres.
